Heeeeello there!

I'll bet you're all wondering just why I haven't posted any art in far too long! Well let me spin you a tale!

Quite a while ago, and I agreed to an art trade! I asked her for a little bit o' Irohtsuki goodness, while she requested SasuHina. A-ha! Not a ship I'm against, but one I hadn't really drawn before. So I set out to think up ideas. And you know I am. I tend to overthink things and make them ridiculously complicated. So instead of thinking up some sweet single picture of Sasuke and Hinata, the gears in my brain started turning and came up with the idea for this comic. And I realized it would be a lot of work, and so kept ending up putting it off because I was busy and couldn't handle a big comic project like that. But eventually, I realized it had gotten ridiculous and decided to just do it. I've made Mirai wait long enough.

And so here it is. My ode to SasuHina. I shall summarize it.

Sasuke's walking through Konoha at night, pondering his existence, and how it seems to have no point since Itachi's no longer around (I'm still pulling for an Itachi victory btw ) And while he's pondering to himself, he hears someone and looks up to see Hinata. Hinata bows in greeting to him, but Sasuke can hardly believe it's the same girl he used to see around three years ago. He compares how he used to see her to how she looked now. Then all of a sudden, from the back of his mind, all his pent up sexual desire just lights up, and Sasuke teleports behind a shocked Hinata. When she turns to him, he straight up tells her she appeals to him and that they should date. Hinata's taken completely aback and tells him that they don't really even know eachother. That they have no character development whatsoever. But, smirking, Sasuke assures her that with people like "them," there's no need for such things.

Ahahah I don't know if this is as funny as it was in my head, but I hope you all like it. It was a lot of work, but it was fun to make. Especially Sasuke's visions of Hinata. That was just ca-razy. And yes, as you can see, Sasuke's brain processes are divided up into very few categories. And Sasuke's dating line, I was debating what to put there. I wanted to put, "I would date with you," but it would probably be confusing to anyone who hasn't watched the Ranma 1/2 anime. It's in the spirit of Kunou Tatewaki. So I just put something more mainstream I guess. And Sasuke also seems to teeter from incredibly blatant, to really suave

I like how everything turned out, for the most part. Another note, it wasn't until late in the process, that I realized that they're going to see eachother when Naruto's group catches up to Hebi

It's late now. I wanted to get through this tonight, and I have. Too tired to think up much else to say.

P.S. Odd observation. For someone who disapproves so much of most of what Sasuke does, there sure is a lot of him in my gallery, comparatively... Hm...
