Bleachatar: Hollow Aang

Go ahead. Say it. I'm crazy. You know you wanna! Come on I knooooow ya wanna say it!

Well anyway, yes I surely must be crazy, pertaining to the content of this pic. It was bound to happen sooner or later with me. AvatarxBleach Crossover. *Is shot*
I just can't help it! They're both such awesome shows! So that's partly to blame for this specific pic.

There are several other things and people that share the blame though. Firstly, Hollow Ichigo for being so dang insane and awesome. Then who sent me the link to a Hollow Ichigo music vid. I hadn't really thought about him much before, but now that guy's rising on the list of my favorite Bleach characters -_-;;

Also, similarities between the shows are to blame. They're not as similar and Naruto and Avatar, but still. Aang has the Avatar State and Ichigo has his hollow-ness. Both crazy transformations that reveal personalities utterly different than their normal ones. I made the connection a long time ago, but onl started drawing it a lot after I saw that music vid recently. Now I've got a bunch of pages filled with sketches of Hollow Aang -___-;; I dunno, I'm probably twisted, but I think there's something disturbing and awe-inspiring about imagining Aang, in shinigami clothes, a hollow mask forming on his face, and him cackling madly, beating the heck out of someone. Like I say, I'm crazy This is one of my favs of the poses I've drawn him in. The pose was inspired by a clip of Hollow Ichigo (how surprising) laughing insanely. Aaagh I'm crazy, but I love this. So many awesome situations come to mind.

Hm...now that I think about it, the background should have been more blue probably... Ah well, it probably looks more threatening red.
