This is a VECTOR (For people who want to try and report this for policy violation it is, in fact, NOT) I made of Creepy Katara, for the purpose of making it easy to put her in manips for me and my friends. Now that she's growing so popular, I thought I'd put this file out there for anyone who wants to make a Creepy Katara manip. If you would just be so kind as to credit me,  , and  for Creepy Katara, that would be beautiful awesome.So go my friends! Download this file and use it to your heart's content! We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
