And here's another one! It's good old Uchiha Itachi, and guess what evil genius prodigy sibling he's the equivilent of in Avatar... SOKKA! ...Yeah no. I'm just being weird at 5:48 AM. You guessed it(though it probably wasn't that hard) Itachi=Azula and vice-versa. It makes way too much sense. Sasuke obviously equals Zuko and vice-versa, and they both have evil prodigy siblings. The ages are just reversed(which must make Azula being better all the more painful >_< ) Anyhow, think about it. Ol' Ozai likes Azula better, and Sasu/Ita-dad was always favorinng Itachi(til he figured out Itachi was crazy), they both know uber-high-level techniques specific to their people. Itachi: Mangekyou Sharingan. Azula: Lightning-bending. And so, since I love crossing over these anime so much, there we have Itachi: Master of the Cold-Blooded Fire. There are a few differenced certainly Like, Azula liking dear old daddy instead of killing him, and Itachi being able to beat Kakashi but Azula not being able to beat Iroh(though she's evil and sneaky -_-) but they're really quite similar. And Itachi would be perfect to master lightning. He has no emotions at all! O_o Or so it seems...anyway.
Techincal Stuff: I like Itachi in this pic. His back arm isn't really like Azula's when she shoots lightning because I didn't ref a pic to draw this, but I think it looks pretty cool all the same. The hardest part of him was his right hand, since it had to be foreshortened. I ended up looking at my own hand a lot -_-;;;I later realized you wouldn't really be able to see that hand anyway because of the lightning, but it probably would have bugged me if I didn't do it right. The main thing I question is the lightning. I like the way it looks, but I feel it doesn't have a strong enough aura about it. The problem is when I put it there it overshadows the rest of the pic and you can't see Itachi as well. He just doesn't look as good with the effect there. So I left the huge blue light out of there, though it may be less accurate. I may post a version with it there if people want me to. It all depends on what the people want.
As another note this is my last pic before I go to Japan. Yeah I'm going to Japan for training. It will be a most grand time and I'll no doubt have lots of time to draw. I'll be gone for two weeks, so no updates for a bit. But when I get back I'll start up again. Well I hope you all enjoy this as I do. Huzzah for evil siblings!
